Terms & Conditions

  1. Bloom Rewards are earned on all services, retail purchases, and gift voucher purchases.
  2. Rewards must be redeemed within 365 days from the date they are earned.
  3. Rewards may be redeemed toward non-invasive skin and body treatments only (excluding injectables, including Botox and fillers, and retail products).
  4. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, retail items, or injectable treatments.
  5. Rewards are not earned on discounted or promotional items, treatment packages, or redeemed gift vouchers.
  6. Tier thresholds may be adjusted in line with annual price adjustments.
  7. Bloom reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
