1. Delivery Areas
We ship nationwide across South Africa, including:
- Major cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, etc.)
- Regional towns
- Outlying and remote areas (may include extended delivery times)
We currently do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Typical guideline (edit as needed):
- Standard Delivery (Major Centres): R150
- Regional Areas: R99
- Outlying/Remote Areas: R150
- Free Delivery on orders over R1500
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed and handed over to the courier.
3. Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (sales, promotions, Black Friday), processing may take longer.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Centres: 1–3 business days
- Regional Areas: 2–5 business days
- Outlying/Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
These are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and collected by the courier, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking link or tracking number
You can track your parcel’s status at any time using the provided link.
6. Delivery Requirements
Please ensure:
- The delivery address provided is accurate and complete
- Someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours
If no one is available, the courier may:
- Attempt delivery again
- Contact you to reschedule
- Route the parcel to the nearest collection point (depending on courier)
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Courier Issues & Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays can occur.
We are not liable for delays due to:
- Incorrect addresses
- Courier backlogs
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Strikes or unrest
8. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or items are missing:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product(s).
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel at [email/phone].
For parcels lost in transit:
- We will work with the courier to investigate.
- Replacement orders or refunds will be issued once the investigation is completed.
9. Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect/insufficient address
- Failure to collect
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
The customer may be responsible for additional redelivery fees.
10. Collection (Optional)
If you offer local collection:
